Annual Eric Sloane Themed Art Show and Sale

July 18, 2016 |  by  |  No Comments
Annual Art Exhibit and Sale begins Saturday

As if an apple stand on Route 7, the Eric Sloane Museum in Kent, CT offers a wide variety of apples in the form of art in addition to the newly planted orchard. The current exhibit “Eric Sloane and New England Apples” though not edible, still tantalize our artist’s taste buds and mind’s eye.

Artists of all ages professional and non –professional used the apple theme to create their artistic expressions using apples, apple blossoms, apple limbs and apply wood to fill the gallery at the Eric Sloane Museum at its annual community art show! We welcome back artists year after year as well as welcoming new artists to our gallery. One group of new artists this year is affiliated with Mindscape Industries and The Mindscape Collaborative Experience.

Mindscape Industries Thomaston, CT location is a Vocational rehabilitation center focusing on creative vocations such as fine art and commercial design.
